Our Rental season is from the week of Memorial Day to the end of October

-May / June / August / September / October rates: $300 / night with a 2 night minimum

-Memorial Day weekend and Labor day weekend - 3 night minimum

-July 5 night minimum: $300 / night

-50% due at time of booking. Remaining balance due 7 days before arrival

-$150 cleaning fee

Cancellation Policy

• 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled up to 30 days before arrival

• 50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled up to 14 days before arrival

• 0% refundable paid prepayments if canceled less than 14 days before arrival

• SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit is not required, however in the event you are paying by Zelle, Venmo or check, a credit card is necessary to keep on file for any damages.
