There are two nearby beaches for you to utilize:
Our subdivision, Sunset Shores, has a small beach access within 3 blocks of our house, with a lovely creek which runs into Lake Michigan--perfect for young children.
The New Buffalo Public beach is 7 blocks from the house. This beach has parking, a playground, public restrooms, and food vendors.

Our home is a raised ranch, complete with a full kitchen, open floor plan, and rec room, as well as:
4 bedrooms with queen size beds, a living room pull out couch, and 2 futons
3 full bathrooms--1 bathroom is attached to the master bedroom with a walk-in shower, 1 all-access bathroom with full tub is on the first floor, 1 bathroom is in the lower level with a walk-in shower
patio has seating for 10 guests with gas grill
fire pit area with firewood in the fenced in backyard
rec room with foosball, electronic darts, a ping pong table, games, dvd's/vhs
4 minute drive to downtown New Buffalo. 7 block walk to New Buffalo Public beach

The rec room downstairs has a wide assortment of games, books, puzzles, and dvd's. There is a foosball table, an electronic dart board, and a ping pong table.
